01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jilicom platform (available at jilicom.vip and through the jilicom mobile application), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jilicom platform. Your continued use of jilicom following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jilicom will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

02Eligibility

To register and use jilicom, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilicom, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jilicom or PAGCOR.
• You have not previously had a jilicom account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

jilicom reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by jilicom may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active jilicom account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilicom login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. jilicom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You must notify jilicom immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• jilicom reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at its sole discretion.
• Account registration is free of charge. jilicom will never charge a fee to create an account.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of balances.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

jilicom accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for use in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your jilicom account. jilicom does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• All funds deposited into your jilicom account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or verified as belonging to the account holder.
• jilicom reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before placing any wager.
• jilicom does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

05Bonuses & Promotions

jilicom offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• jilicom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or collusion, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during the exclusion period.

06Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jilicom are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jilicom uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers under real-time supervision. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section.

• All games are games of chance. No strategy, system, or method guarantees a winning outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• jilicom's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games on jilicom.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilicom platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using software exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilicom staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the jilicom platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jilicom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilicom platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jilicom without prior written consent.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilicom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jilicom platform.

jilicom's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

• jilicom does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• jilicom is not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from platform downtime or technical issues.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection are suitable for accessing jilicom.

10Responsible Gaming

jilicom is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jilicom platform.

11Account Suspension & Termination

jilicom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, jilicom may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jilicom support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jilicom operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of jilicom, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jilicom will endeavor to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
